New Construction Homes

If you are considering purchasing a new home, there are a lot of variables to consider. It is a much different process than purchasing a resale home but does come with its benefits. If you are interested in the prospect of a new home purchase, reach out and set up a time to speak with me. New construction homes come with their respective pros and cons, all of which should be considered before proceeding forward.

What's Available?

Glad you asked! There are a wide array of home builders throughout the valley. I have included links below to all of the major builders and even some lesser-known ones. To get a better idea of what inventory is currently for sale, it is best to visit the community of interest and get an updated price sheet. Lots are built in sequence and become available for purchase at different points during the building of the subdivision.

READ BEFORE YOU PROCEED!

While there is nothing wrong with calling local communities, always keep in mind that you are going to speak with a real estate agent who represents the interests of the builder, NOT YOURS! You want an agent to represent you throughout the duration of the build, who will continuously walk your lots, look for construction defects, and ensure your home is being built correctly.
